Biopower London is a manufacturing company dedicated to developing better fuel solutions for transport users who can’t get what they need from mainstream fuel distributors: basically a cheaper and more eco-friendly product. We maintain a friendly, fair and creative work environment, which respects diversity, new ideas and hard work. As Biopower London works on a global scale, we wish to set an example as a company that cares for humanity and the environment and adhering to the best possible working practices for our employees. It is also our intention to make enough profit to give a fair return to our investors and to finance continued growth and development of quality products.

Our Commitment to the Environment
Biodiesel is an environmentally friendly fuel the use of which has several direct benefits for our planet compared to fossil fuels. It produces markedly less harmful greenhouse gases than fossil fuels both in production and usage. In fact, biodiesel is carbon dioxide neutral, as it does not add additional CO2 to the atmosphere. Where possible, our incoming oils and chemicals are from waste or recycled sources, therefore keeping these products away from landfill and incineration.

We are committed to developing better fuels and other products from recycled and waste materials. Our current projects include:

We supply pure Biodiesel manufactured to the European EN14214 standard by road tanker, the Biodiesel is not pre-blended with Derv.

• Biodiesel from 100% tallow with low CFPP (or gelling) properties, due to go live Autumn 2006.
• Alcohols from waste plastics and tyres, that can replace methanol in the production of biodiesel. This is at lab stage and has passed its first critical tests.
• Bio-petrol (not bio-ethanol) from oil seed bearing plants.
• Gases and liquid fuels for use in gensets, for the production of green electricity. We have developed a new injection system to achieve this end.
